Community Council Complaints Procedure now in place
At the Community Council’s inaugural meeting in December 2013 Argyll & Bute Council’s Governance Manager and Depute Returning Officer, Shirley McLeod, stated the need for Community Councils to have a complaints procedure and a community emergency plan. At the recent Ardentinny Community Council meeting ardentinny.org received a copy of the complaints procedure for publication (see here). A majority vote was taken not to put a copy on the village notice board.
