Ardentinny Community Trust at Small Acorns event

smallacornsVolunteers from Ardentinny Community Trust last weekend manned a display at the Small Acorns event at Hunters Quay Holiday Village, Dunoon. The stall, which included the sale of garden and local produce, also featured information on Glenfinart Walled Garden and photographs of the new Beechgrove Sensory Garden.

Powerpoint presentations, created by Lynn Kerr, provided visitors with a historical background to the garden and a second presentation aimed at the younger visitor, offered children an insight into the exciting Kids’ area within the Walled Garden.

Glenfinart Walled Garden is open to the public every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10.00 until 15.00. Entrance is free and everyone is welcome.
