Walled garden improves accessibility with successful funding bid

Ardentinny Community Trust's Glenfinart Walled Garden was one of the recent recipients of £3000 generated by Ardentinny’s share of the 3 local hydro schemes. The funding award was to upgrade the paths within the walled garden to improve accessibility for wheelchair users and those using walking aids. This Sunday Glenfinart Walled Garden hosts its annual Easter Fun Day. Outdoor Centre & Ardentinny Beach.
The village hall has been liaising with the outdoor centre prior to the Christmas break, for those that are unaware the outdoor centre is celebrating its 50^th anniversary this year with this in mind we have decided to band together and run a large summer event over one day at the outdoor centre and on the beach area. More details for this will follow, however to make the event happen we do require a number of volunteers to help us coordinate and run certain parts of the day.
