Community Council Complaints Procedure now in place

At the Community Council’s inaugural meeting in December 2013 Argyll & Bute Council’s Governance Manager and Depute Returning Officer, Shirley McLeod, stated the need for Community Councils to have a complaints procedure and a community emergency plan.
