To be able to post to any of the forums, you will need to
register (see the 'Register' button near top of page). For this, you need a
valid email account, which you will need to access as part of the registration
process.

The name you select is up to you, so long as it's not
offensive, libellous, or steals an (identifiable) person's identity e.g. your
next door neighbour's. Some people have abstract names, some use their current
or ex house name, some use their real names. The forums' administrator (David)
uses his real name.

You can either post a reply to an existing topic, or
start a new topic.

To post to an existing topic: Log in (use your
registration name and password), find and select the topic, go to the bottom and
press "Add reply".

To start a new topic, click on the button "New topic"
and enter your post. Make the title of the topic meaningful, as it will appear
in the index of the particular forum. You can write whatever you want, so long
as it falls within the guidelines (see our admin policy), known as a "sticky",
near the top of this forum).

Some advice:
1) the posting will
generate more responses if it is relevant to Ardentinny area residents.
2)
the posting will generate more responses if the posting does not start from a
completely extreme point of view, which may put other people off from replying.
