Ardentinny Community Council meeting cancelled

The postponed Community Council meeting re-scheduled for Tuesday the 21st December has now been cancelled due to weather conditions. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday 1st February.

The last Community Council Minutes posted on this site are of the CC meeting of 1st June 2010. This is because, as far as we are aware, the Minutes of the August and October meetings have not yet been published.

The Big Thaw

Thankfully a thaw has set in and hopefully it will be sufficient to clear this past fortnight’s snow and ice in Ardentinny and allow freedom and safety of access and egress for all its residents.

Ardentinny is fortunate to have its own ‘sub-zero hero’, who wishes to remain anonymous, but, who delivered essential supplies to those who were stranded.

It is expected that, at its forthcoming meeting on the 21st December, the Community Council will discuss the possible creation and implementation of an emergency plan to assist Ardentinny residents in all manner of emergency circumstances.
